To obtain the code for a complimentary reservation, nonprofits are kindly requested to contact us.
Please note that after business hours and during weekends, reservations are not free of charge.

How can I make a reservation for a facility?
You can make a reservation by visiting our website, contact us, or visiting the facility in person. Please provide the necessary details such as the date, time, and type of facility you wish to reserve.

We offer a variety of facilities including a large conference room, and small conference room. Each facility has specific amenities and capacities which you can view on our website or inquire about directly.
What are the rates for reserving a facility?
Rates vary depending on the facility, duration of the reservation, and any additional services required. Please refer to our pricing page on the website or contact us for a detailed quote.
What is the cancellation policy for facility reservations?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded.
Are there any restrictions or rules for using the facilities?
Yes, all users must adhere to the facility rules and regulations, which include no smoking, no pets (unless otherwise specified), and responsible use of equipment. Detailed guidelines will be provided upon reservation.
