Our Services
Advocacy & Case Management
We provide comprehensive support services for the Deaf community, addressing a range of needs including employment, housing, interpreting services, medical and legal issues, bill payments, taxes, and voting. Our Deaf staff members offer one-on-one assistance using American Sign Language (ASL) or other communication styles. We are available at our Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellingham offices, can travel to you, and offer support via phone and email for short questions and referrals. Consultation
We offer specialized consultation services for deaf & hard of hearing individuals, speech language-differences, businesses, schools and agencies. Our expert team provides tailored guidance and support, addressing various needs from communication strategies to accessibility solutions. We work closely with clients to navigate personal, educational, and professional challenges, ensuring they have the resources and tools necessary for success. Our commitment is to empower the community through personalized, compassionate, and effective consultation services.
Outreach and Education
We provide workshops and presentations to organizations such as businesses, schools, and nonprofits. These workshops include information on issues that are important to Deaf and hard of hearing community members, including senior citizens. Examples of topics include:

Workplace Evaluation Accommodations
Does your Deaf or hard of hearing employee need help communicating in the workplace? We provide individualized consultations that can help you and your employee determine any communication needs and build a plan for the future. We’ll travel to you so we can assess your needs in your everyday setting.
Depending on your request, we may charge a fee for workplace accommodation services.
